Usage permissions

BI dashboards are a separately sold AE suite, and you need a seat before you can use them. After a dashboard is created, you can share the dashboard to invite more team members to manage, edit, and view it.

Get a seat

Before you use dashboards, you need to purchase seats. There are two kinds of seats: production seats and visitor seats. For purchasing details, contact your ThinkingAI representative. Each seat corresponds to one AE account. If multiple people need to collaborate on dashboards, purchase multiple seats. Seats are granted in seat management.

• Users with a production seat can create dashboards or edit dashboards where they're a collaborator or manager
• Users with a visitor seat can access dashboards they have permission for
• Users without a seat can't view any dashboard in the project
