Overview
Agentic Engine respects and protects people's data privacy and rights. We built Agentic Engine in line with industry best practices and global data security laws and regulations. Visit our Privacy Center to learn how we comply with various privacy guidelines.
Collection
You usually collect data with our SDKs. Before collecting data, you can follow the steps below to meet privacy compliance requirements.
After you finish developing an app that integrates our SDK, you usually distribute it on Google Play and the App Store. You can refer to the following documents for platform distribution: App Store, Google Play.
Transmission
At the data transmission layer, we provide multiple technical solutions to keep data transmission secure
- Encrypted message transmission over HTTPS
- Data encoding and compression
- Data transmission encrypted with custom keys
- Masking or encryption of sensitive properties
Storage
- On-premises deployment is available, so data is stored in the storage space you specify
- Back up data regularly to prevent data loss or corruption. Store backups in a secure location and test regularly that the backup data is usable.
- Secure storage devices and media are supported, such as hardware-encrypted disks and dedicated storage devices. Also pay attention to the physical security of storage devices to prevent them from being stolen or damaged.
Usage
Account login
You can log in to Agentic Engine with SSO, and you can require all users to enable MFA (multi-factor authentication) at login to keep the system secure.
Access control
Access to sensitive data must be controlled so that only authorized personnel can read or write it. With data permissions, you can limit the range of tables that members can access and encrypt sensitive fields. Through role authorization and similar means, admins can control which features members can use and restrict data queries and exports.
Security audit
If you need it, we can deploy a security audit project for you to audit data access and changes, recording the operator, time, operation type, and other information so that abnormal operations can be found and handled promptly.
Data management
The data query and deletion features of Agentic Engine are designed to help Agentic Engine meet the requirements outlined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These APIs help users delete their personal data on Agentic Engine and query the personal data stored about them on Agentic Engine. These measures are designed to keep Agentic Engine compliant with the GDPR and to protect users' privacy and data rights.
- User opt-out
Although we provide solutions for deleting or retrieving personal data as outlined by the GDPR, it is also important that users can choose to stop data tracking. If you track with a client-side SDK, you can use the methods provided by the SDK to stop data collection.
