AE users can access AE from their phones and view dashboard content on mobile.

Log in to AE on mobile​

You can log in to AE in either of the following two ways: Open the AE URL in a mobile browser and log in to view it.

  • Authorized login through a third-party workspace (recommended): after you bind a third-party platform (WeCom/DingTalk/Feishu), you can log in directly with authorization from the workspace of the third-party mobile app.

Feature overview​

The mobile home page consists of two parts: the navigation bar and the dashboard display area:

  • Navigation bar: view the feature menu, switch projects, and jump to the PC version
  • Dashboard display area: includes basic dashboard information and dashboard content

1. Refresh dashboard report data Pull down to see when the dashboard was last updated, and keep pulling down to refresh the dashboard. Tap the refresh button in the upper-right corner of a single report to recalculate the data of that report.

2. View report details Tap a report name (not yet supported for small-size reports) to open the report details page, which displays detailed metric data in a table.
