Root users, or system admins with the seat management permission, can assign seats to all members in the current system from the System Settings > General Management > Member > seat management menu. For the differences between seat types, see Usage permissions.
By default, all members in the system have no seat. You can change a member's seat type on the right.
You can also select multiple members in a batch and change their seat type at the same time.
Note that production seats and visitor seats each have their own quantity limit. If the number of members you select in a batch exceeds the seat limit for that type, you can't apply the setting. Reselect the members, or contact your customer success manager to adjust the limit.
