Campaign management

Last updated 10/03/2026

1. Feature overview

This section describes how to manage campaigns in the interface, the campaign approval process, and campaign statuses and their corresponding actions (pause, end, delete, edit, and more).

2. How to use

2.1 Campaign management

The campaign management page displays campaigns as cards. You can create new campaigns on this page, and find a campaign by searching for keywords in the upper-right corner.

Campaign cards also support basic campaign actions, such as Submit for approval, Edit, and Delete.

2.2 Campaign approval

You can approve all operation tasks under a campaign in a batch.

Click Submit for approval in the upper-right corner of a campaign to submit its tasks in a batch.

After the submission succeeds, the status of all theme tasks and independent tasks under the campaign changes to Approving.

Users with approval permission can also Withdraw, Reject, or Approve the approval directly on this page.

Note that a campaign under approval cannot be edited. While a campaign is in the Approving status, you cannot add new themes or independent tasks to it.

2.3 Campaign statuses and actions

Campaign Status and Task Status have a parent-child relationship: the campaign status is the parent of the task status.

Campaign statuses include Draft, Running, Approving, Paused, Finished, and Rejected.

  • When a campaign is in the Running, Approving, or Finished status, you cannot add new themes or independent tasks to it.
  • When a campaign is in the Paused, Draft, or Rejected status, you can add new themes or independent tasks to it.

Task statuses and actions within a campaign

Campaign-level actions change the status of the tasks under a campaign in a batch, but theme tasks and independent tasks under a campaign also support some individual actions, such as ending or deleting a single task. The following table describes the actions supported for tasks under a campaign in each status:
