Operation tasks

Last updated 10/07/2026

Operation tasks are a basic feature of the Agentic Engine Engage module. You can quickly create an operation task, select a specific channel type, and push specific content to a specific audience at a specific push time. You can also monitor the performance of operation tasks in real time to drive data growth.

An operation task is the vehicle for an operation strategy. An operation strategy should include the target audience, channel type, message content, and push timing. You can also set conversion goals for an operation strategy and evaluate its effect based on the conversion data of users after they are reached.

You can go to the operation task list page from the Operation Tasks menu. The page contains all operation tasks, along with their statuses and goal completion.

On the operation task list page, you can:

  • Create new tasks
  • Manage existing tasks
  • Find and filter tasks
  • View push content and push records
  • View task conversion performance
  • Customize the fields displayed in the task list
  • Export tasks across projects

1. Create a task

Click +Create task in the upper-right corner to enter the task creation flow. Follow the guide to complete steps such as selecting the channel type, audience, push timing, push channel, and message content, and setting goals.
