Whitelist management

Last updated 06/25/2026

1. Feature overview

On the Whitelist page, you can view and manage whitelists. Management operations include adding and deleting whitelist entries and editing descriptions.

When you create an operation task, you can select a push whitelist for it. Each time the task pushes, users in the whitelist also receive the push, so operations staff can track the push status in real time.

2. How to use

2.1 Add a whitelist

When you add a whitelist, you need to specify the User property and the List of users:

  • The user property is the user property that the list of users is matched against
  • The list of users contains the specific values of the user property field to add to the whitelist
  • You can add users to the list in batches, separated by commas

When you add a whitelist, you can edit descriptions in batches. You can also edit descriptions in the whitelist list after the entries are added. Descriptions can identify who actually uses each whitelist entry, which makes later use easier.

Only users added to the whitelist list can be selected into a task's push whitelist when you edit an operation task.

2.2 Delete a whitelist

Click the delete action in the whitelist list. After an entry is deleted, it's also automatically removed from operation task whitelists.
