User list
The user list shows detailed data of users who meet specific conditions. You can open it by clicking any position that represents a number of users in an analysis model's table, such as the Uniques metric in Events Analysis, or the number of users in models such as Retention Analysis and Funnel Analysis. You can also open it from User look-up, Cohorts, or User tags.
The user list shows details of up to 1000 users. You can view the query conditions (callout 1), download the full data (callout 2), or save these users as a result cohort (callout 3). To view a user's tag information or specific behavior data, click to go to the Behavior sequence. You can also set the display fields: in addition to preset properties, you can select up to 30 custom properties or dimension table properties. If you open the user list from User tags, the page also shows the tag date and each user's tag value on that date. If your analysis in a model uses an entity other than the AE user ID, you can also view the IDs of the entities that meet the conditions in the user list.
For example, if the metric you configure in Events Analysis is the number of devices that triggered the login event, and one device has multiple characters, the device appears in the user list as long as any one of those characters has logged in on it.
