Task effect analysis
On the task effect analysis page, you can view the task configuration, A/B test report (if there is an A/B test), task data, task effect, and task cohorts.
Task configuration shows the configuration details of the operation task. Task data shows the data of each step node after the operation task starts pushing. Task effect measures user behavior within a period after a push touchpoint to help evaluate push effectiveness. Task cohorts show the cohorts you created in the operation task, along with their analysis and management.
1. Task data
You can view how many users received the operation task push and how many users completed the target conversion. You can also view end-to-end data between step nodes to evaluate the effectiveness of your operation strategy more accurately and keep iterating on it.
Data Details supports multiple ways to view data:
- Only the number-of-users dimension is supported
- Conversion and churn metrics
- Date and round perspectives
- Data table and line chart display
You can also click the download button on the right to download the data details as a CSV file.
Metric definitions
| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| Audience | Number of users who meet the operation task's audience filter conditions and have a value for the send ID of the push channel used |
| Scheduled Send | Number of audience users after send ID deduplication and filtering by the task's frequency control |
| Attempted | Number of Scheduled Send users after filtering by the delivery caps of the push channel used |
| Success | Number of users for whom the push channel's send API was called and the send succeeded |
| Delivered | Number of users who actually received the operation task push message |
| Clicked | Number of users who clicked the operation task push message |
| Target Completion | Number of users who completed the primary or secondary goal |
| Goal completion rate | Target Completion / Success |
2. Task effect
You can set metrics in an operation task to measure push effectiveness and collect metric data for players over a period after the operation reaches them. You can add operation effect metrics in two ways: customize them in the task, or set them as frequently used metrics and then select them directly.
You can add metrics directly when you create a task, or go to the task effect page and click Metrics setting in the upper-right corner to add them. You can adjust the metric configuration at any time, and doing so has no effect on pushes.
If Delivered and Clicked are configured in the channel touch funnel, in addition to Push Succeeded, you can also choose to measure metric performance over a period after the push actually reaches users or after users click the push:
On the task effect page, you can view metric performance in different views or from different statistical perspectives.
3. Task configuration
You can view the task's specific configuration, such as the operation task's audience, push timing, message configuration, and goal settings.
4. Task cohorts
You can create operation task result cohorts directly from the task data details list and manage them in task cohorts.
- Create cohort
In the data details list, hover over a number of users and click the add-users icon next to it. In the Create task cohort dialog, you can save the resulting users as a task cohort. You can also click the number of users to go to the user list and view user details.
- Cohort management
In the task cohort list, you can also view and manage cohorts. You can Turn on analytics and then use the related analysis models directly for in-depth analysis. You can also click the number of users to go to the user list and view user details.
