Engage schedule chart

1. Feature overview

In the Workspace, below the metric cards, all running tasks and campaigns and their schedule information are displayed as a Gantt chart.

2. How to use

Display scope

Running tasks, campaigns, and tasks within campaigns

• Finished tasks are not displayed in the schedule chart
• Tasks in the Deleted, Draft, or Approving status, and tasks with the Manual trigger, are not displayed in the schedule chart

Period switching

• Schedule information is displayed in three time views: week, month, and year

View switching

• You can switch between Campaign View and Task View to see schedule information:

  • Campaign View: shows which subtasks belong to which campaign
  • Task View: all tasks (normal tasks and tasks within campaigns) are listed together

Filter

• You can filter campaigns and tasks with multiple filters:

  • Campaign View: filter campaigns by Creator, Push Channel, Campaign Name, Duration, Campaign Type

  • Task View: filter tasks by Creator, Push Channel, Group by
