Engage overview metrics

Last updated 10/03/2026

1. Feature overview

You can view the most important Engage metrics of this project directly on the Engage workspace to quickly understand the overall status of the project.

2. How to use

2.1 Specify core events

You need to configure the relevant core events in Settings > Analysis Settings before you can get the corresponding preset metrics on the workspace.

2.2 Configure workspace metrics

Because different projects focus on different overall metrics, the Engage workspace provides a slot-based capability with four metric slots, and you can configure whichever metrics you follow most often.

Add Metric

You can click the plus sign + on a metric card to add a new metric

Then select a metric and the time window for calculating it, and save to view it

  • After you click Edit, you can reselect the metric and time window
  • You can delete a metric card
  • Metric card configurations are your personal view
  • Click the refresh button in the upper-right corner of the metric area to recalculate the metrics

Basic metric information

  • Metric name: The name of the selected metric
  • Metric time zone: The time zone in which the metric definition is calculated

Note:

If time zones aren't enabled, the metric time zone defaults to the server time zone

If time zones are enabled and the selected project default time zone is local time, the metric doesn't show a time zone

If the project time zone is enabled, the metric's time zone is offset to the project default time zone for unified calculation

  • Metric date window: The calculation windows available for the selected metric (Yesterday, Today, Last week, This week, Last month, This month, Last 7D, Recent 7D, Last 30 days, Recent 30D)
  • Metric value: The specific metric value calculated for the date window

2.3 Metrics and windows

A total of 12 preset metrics are available for metric cards, and 8 of them require core events to be configured before you can use them.
