Message subscription
If some messages disturb you, go to Personal Center - Message Subscription, find the corresponding message scenes by Sending Module and Message Type, and then stop sending messages through certain channels for these scenes.
For example, if you don't want to receive messages about turning virtual MFA on or off, find the Enable/Disable Virtual MFA scene where the sending module is System Settings and the message type is Messages, and then cancel the subscription to the Notifications channel for this scene as needed.
In Message Subscription:
Sending Module refers to the AE module that generates a message. You can use it to quickly find the message scenes in the corresponding module.
AE currently has four message types: Alerts, Warnings, Messages, and Updates.
The Notifications channel is turned on by default for all members. The Email channel is available only after a member binds an email address. The Third-party Application channel takes effect only for on-premises customers who have bound a third-party application. Make sure that the third-party application has message receiving enabled and that the ta2 node of the AE cluster is bound to a public IP (for the HA high-availability version, all nodes must be bound to public IPs).
