Live streams
Overview
Live Streams lets you view the live streaming data collected in a space. You can first find a live stream to see the streamer's streaming activity, then open a specific session to view metric trends, engagement content, and available analysis results.
You view live streaming data at the following three levels:
- Live stream list: Filter and search live streams, and compare their streaming data within the selected period.
- Live stream details: View streamer information, streaming activity, follower trends, and stream history.
- Session details: View the overview, analytics, and visual content analysis of a single session. What you can view depends on the collected data and which features are available to you.
Live stream list
Go to Live Streams in Content Center to view the streaming overview and the live stream list for the selected period.
You can filter by streaming platform, select Live Now Only, or use Search Streamers to find live streams. The list is paginated and can be sorted by last streamed time, followers, number of live sessions, total stream duration, and total engagements.
- Time Range: Select the date range to view. The overview metrics on the page and the period statistics in the list update accordingly. To fetch the data again, click Refresh.
- Streaming overview: View the number of streamers, number of live sessions, total stream duration, and total engagements, and use the trend of each metric to understand overall changes in the selected period.
- Live stream list: View streamer information, streaming status, and related statistics. When you first open the page, the list is sorted by last streamed time in descending order; change the sort order to compare live streams from different angles. Use Group to filter by existing groups; users with edit permission can also maintain live stream groups. Click a streamer name to open the live stream details.
Live stream details
Live stream details bring together a single streamer's information and stream history, helping you understand their streaming patterns and long-term performance.
The top of the page shows streamer information, followers, and cumulative statistics. These cumulative figures differ from the data for the selected period in the stream history below, so pay attention to the time range of each metric.
In Streaming Activity, view the distribution of streaming dates by year; click a day to jump to that date in the stream history. After you switch to Follower Trend, you can select a time range to view changes in followers.
Common metrics at the top include followers, number of live sessions, total engagements, and total stream duration; some platforms also show total watch time. The metrics shown depend on the data available for each platform.
In the stream history, select a date range and compare sessions by the sortable fields. Click a record to open the corresponding session details.
