Config management
In a space, click Space Settings to open the Space Settings module
Basic information
On the Config Management page, you can view and edit the basic information of the space:
- Space name: Name your community space
- Space icon: Upload an icon that represents the space
- Space ID: Generated automatically by the system and can't be changed
- Space tag: Add category tags to the space
- Space description: Briefly describe the purpose and content of the space
Click the Edit button to change the space name, icon, tags, and description.
Data source configuration
The data source configuration determines which data the community space can collect and analyze:
- System default data sources: Standard data sources that are configured automatically
- Custom data sources: Dedicated data sources that you can create as needed
- Add a data source
Click the + Add Data Source button to start creating a data source. The first step is to select the source channel of the data.
Available channels include Preset Channels and Custom Channels. The system already provides a variety of preset data channels
To create a custom channel, click the + Add Custom Channel button in the upper-right corner of the page to start the creation flow. In the flow, enter a channel name. The name must be globally unique and can't duplicate the name of a platform preset channel, which keeps channel identifiers unique and subsequent data integration accurate.
- Data source name: Up to 40 characters, and must be unique within the game
- Data source type: A drop-down menu where you can select a data source type supported by the current channel. Custom channels support only the generic RESTful method. The first data source type in the menu is selected by default
- Data source parameters: This is a dynamic area, meaning that different data source types have different parameters. When you switch the data source type, the parameters are cleared and prefilled with the default values for the new type.
Space primary language
The space primary language controls the language of AI natural-language results that are generated in the current space from then on. It is independent of the user interface language.
- Four languages are supported: Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean
- Results such as content summaries, hot discussions, AI trending topics, risk control descriptions, and live stream analysis reports are generated in the space primary language
- Changing the primary language affects only results that are newly generated or manually rerun afterward. It doesn't automatically rewrite historical content
Users with edit permission can change the space primary language. Switching the interface language doesn't change this setting.
Keyword management
Keyword Management isn't part of Space Settings. Its entry point is Keywords in the top-level navigation of the Omni Insights top bar. On the Keywords page, you can:
- New: Click New in the upper-right corner and select Keywords or Keyword Group. When you create keywords, enter each keyword on a new line. You can add up to 100 keywords
- Bulk Actions: Click the Bulk Actions button in the upper-right corner, then select Merge Keyword Groups, Bulk Hide, or Bulk Show
- Filter: In the drop-down in the upper-left corner, select All, Ungrouped Keywords, or Keyword Group. When Show Only Visible Keywords is selected, the list doesn't show hidden keywords
- Search, export, and import: Search keywords or export all data in the upper-right corner. Click Import to upload a csv or xlsx file in the Bulk Import dialog and import keywords and synonyms in bulk (you can download the configuration template first)
Keyword Management is where you view and manage the keywords of the current game and the merge relationships of keyword groups.
If the current game has no keyword or keyword group information, a message indicating that there is no keyword data is displayed, and you need to wait for the LLM's preliminary processing to finish.
The list on the Keywords page includes the Keywords, Synonyms, Frequency, and Actions columns. By default, it's sorted by keyword frequency in descending order:
The list shows both ungrouped keywords and keyword groups. Each keyword group has a fixed structure of "1 primary keyword + multiple synonyms", which clearly shows how the keywords are related.
For keyword groups that have been created, two core operations are supported:
- Edit: Adjust the primary keyword and synonyms in a group (such as replacing the primary keyword or adding / deleting synonyms) to flexibly refine how keywords are associated;
- Dissolve Keyword Group: In the more menu (…) in the Actions column of the group's row, select Dissolve Keyword Group. After the group is dissolved, its primary keyword and synonyms return to the ungrouped state
Note: Confirm before you perform these operations to avoid deleting key data by mistake.
- Create Keyword Group
Click New in the upper-right corner of the page, select Keyword Group from the drop-down, and set the primary keyword and synonyms of the group in the Create Keyword Group drawer that opens.
- Edit a group
Click the edit button in the Actions column of the group's row to edit the selected group in the Edit Keyword Group drawer:
-
Click the primary keyword to replace it with another word.
- If you replace it with an unmerged keyword, the original primary keyword is removed from the group
- If you select a synonym of the current group, the two are swapped: the original primary keyword becomes a synonym, and the selected synonym becomes the primary keyword.
- Merge Keyword Groups
Click the Bulk Actions button in the upper-right corner and select Merge Keyword Groups. Checkboxes appear in front of the list rows (click Exit Bulk Actions to exit). Select the groups you want to merge and click Merge Selected (n). A dialog opens for you to select the new primary keyword
- Hide and show
To hide a single keyword or keyword group, select Hide in the more menu (…) of its row. To process items in bulk, click the Bulk Actions button in the upper-right corner, select Bulk Hide or Bulk Show, select the keywords, and then click Hide Selected (n) or Show Selected (n). Click Exit Bulk Actions to exit.
User association
User association connects the community space with AE analysis projects, so you can analyze user data across both.
Associated projects
- Click Add Project Association
- Select the analysis project to associate
- Configure the user mapping parameters
Prerequisites for configuring user association
To configure and use user association, the following two prerequisites must be met:
- Dependency: User association is based on configured data sources. If a game has no data sources configured, you can't configure user association, and the alert No data source has been set for this game appears at the top of the page.
- Associated projects: User association is configured on the Project Association page in the left menu of Space Settings. You can switch the associated project next to the page title, and each associated project has its own set of association rules and association fields. If the space has no associated project, the page shows No associated project has been set.
The standard user association interface is shown in the figure. The core configuration has two parts: Association Field Configuration at the top defines the user identifier fields, and User Association Rules at the bottom sets the specific identity matching and merging logic based on these fields.
Association field configuration
Association fields are the user properties, cohorts, or tags of the current project that can be used in the community module. Only user information configured here can be displayed and used in the features of the community module.
Initially, you can't configure fields. You must set at least one user association rule before you can configure association fields.
After you set an association rule, click the edit button to open the association field configuration page. The page has a left-right layout, with the field configuration area on the left and the overview area on the right.
- Field configuration area
You can add association fields here.
You can choose from all the user properties, cohorts, and user tags that you have permission to access.
If a field is hidden or deleted, the following alert is displayed.
- When all user association rules are deleted
If association fields have been configured and all user association rules are then deleted, the following prompt appears
User association rules
User association rules define how each channel is associated with AE users. Each channel can have one and only one set of association rules, which takes effect only for that channel. If a channel has no rules configured, its users can't be mapped to AE users, and association fields can't be used or displayed for them.
After the configuration is complete, you can edit or clear it. When you clear it, a confirmation dialog appears:
User information display
User information is displayed in the following two scenarios, so that identity information is presented clearly in core interactions:
- Content Center list page: Shows the author information of each content item, helping you quickly identify content creators.
- Comment section: Shows information about the commenter alongside each comment, so you know who posted it, which makes interactions more transparent.
Display style
When you hover over a user, the user information card appears as shown below:
A space can be associated with multiple projects, and the association configuration of each project is independent.
Member management
The Member Management page is used to manage the members of a space and their role permissions.

Remove members
Click Remove to remove a member from the space. After removal, the member can no longer access the space.
Role management
The Role Management page shows the permission descriptions of each role in the Omni Insights suite.
Preset roles
The Omni Insights suite provides the following preset roles:
