Usage overview
AE service details
It includes the following:
- Name: The name at the top of the card. You can click the edit icon next to it to change it manually.
- Service Period: When it expires, the service stops and you can no longer use the AE system.
- Current Version: The AE version currently in use.
- Service Included: The enabled feature modules, such as Analytics, Data Ops, Engage, BI Dashboard, Omni Insights, and Session Replay.
System usage and balance
The system usage card shows the CU hours used, the number of projects used, the data volume used, and the number of session records, with Module Statistics next to it. Because you can't log in normally once system usage reaches its limit, we notify you to renew your contract before system usage reaches the limit so that the system doesn't become unavailable. When data volume rises abnormally, the interface prompts you to investigate to avoid unexpected costs.
Project data usage
Usage is displayed on separate tabs: Event Limit, CU time, Measures data integration volume, Strategy Triggers, and Sessions. Each tab shows the top 10 projects by usage and a data query section. You can query each project's daily usage to understand usage trends and each project's costs over a period of time.
