System Admin
To make it easier for Root users to delegate AE system administration tasks, a Root user can assign the System Admin role to any member in the system and specify the related system management permissions. System management permissions are divided into four modules: project access management, system operations and maintenance, member permission management, and system configuration and upgrades, which can be freely combined when granting authorization. The management entry is in Member > System Admin.
Management permissions are divided into parent permissions and child permissions. When you select a parent permission, the member is automatically granted the child permissions that will be added to that category in the future. When each version goes live, system management permissions newly added in that version are flagged to Root users on the System Admin page, so Root users can review permissions if needed. When Select All is selected, the grant includes both all existing system management permissions and grantable system management permissions added in the future.
By default, the maximum number of system admins (excluding Root users) is 5.
