Configuration explained

• enabled: Whether to enable alerts. Default: false
• receiver: The alert receiver. Currently, feishu_robot is supported. Required
• extra: Extra information, output as is in the alert message. Optional
• out_cfg.feishu_robot_hook: The Feishu bot webhook URL. Required
